At 06:00 Companies 18, rescue 43,62-7 and Ridley 7 were dispatched to Sylvania & Macdade for an accident with entrapment. Tac 18 responded  under the command of 18-9c (Gunnip) Tac 18 arrived to find a vehicle into a pole with the lone occupant trapped in the drivers seat.
